Easy baby recipes for freezing

I've got the Joe Wicks book but sometimes I don't have the time to make it for it to be spat out or a few tea spoons. Plus to find some of the ingredients can be a bit difficult due to where I live. What recipes would you recommend that's super easy, quick and can be frozen? I don't cook a lot of meat so would stick to chicken for now. DD is 6 months old and we just braved BLW yesterday with carrot sticks and just got in Quakers porridge for her to try tomorrow for breakfast

If you’re on Instagram there’s a woman I follow who does easy weaning recipes of 5 ingredients or less, _myfirstmeals.
I tend to give DD what we’re eating or something smushed on toast. I don’t over think it, just make it safe sized.

I don't have a specific recipe anymore, but mini pasties were great. They can be frozen raw (I used to make veg ones with potato, sweet corn, broccoli and carrot, cook the veg, just not the pastry).

Also, savoury muffins are great. I used to make some with feta and spinach or cheddar, broccoli and sweetcorn. Again, no recipe but I'm sure you'll find one if you google.

In terms of BLW, just freeze portions of what you make for dinner when suitable and then you'll have a few extra meals worth of food. You're cooking anyway, so even if it gets wasted, no big deal as you didn't make an extra meal.

Thanks everyone!

@Fivemoreminutes1 that's brilliant the NHS can give recipes. I'll have a look at those and spend a day or just cooking.

@MonkeyPuddle I'll look on insta for her recipes. The food we eat wouldn't be so suitable as I tend to cook with Quorn as OH is vegetarian, so not sure if she would be able to eat it yet. But I've got chicken in so would make something for her as I can eat anything. Before DD I would just cook one meal as it's easier than faffing around in the kitchen with two haha

@mindutopia the muffins sound amazing. I'm sure we'll all be into those!

I make ‘oven omelettes’ a couple of times a week, two eggs, handful of cheese, random veg, some ham, mixed in a bowl and spooned into a nonstick bun tray, bung in the oven at gas mark 6 for about 20/25 mins, they keep well in the fridge and DD (6 months) loves them as much as DS (almost 4) does.
