Anyone heard of the Communication and Symbolic Behaviour Scales Developmental Profile (CSBS DP)? So so worried!

I've got some concerns about my twins' social development and am starting to think they are autistic. There are definitely some positives, and they are progressing rather than regressing, but I am still worried and the Health Visitor hasn't been much help as it's still early (14 months; 13 adjusted). For example, they still rarely respond to their names despite recent hearing tests coming back fine.

I stupidly did the Communication and Symbolic Behaviour Scales Developmental Profile (CSBS DP) questionnaire on them and they scored 18 and 19 respectively. The cutoff for concern is 33 Sad
I am now out of my mind with worry and barely slept last night.

Here's the questionnaire:

The test is for children aged 6 months to 24 months, which strikes me as bizarre - can you imagine the score a 6 month old would get?

How do your children communicate with each other?

13/14 months is SO early, please give it more time. So much toddler behaviour can appear similar to autistic traits, but that behaviour changes as they grow.

@Nix32 thank you, your message has reassured me a bit.

The scoring cutoff is different depending on age, so for a 13 month old it's 33 but for each month younger it's less.

My twins do sort of communicate with each other, they have a game where they chase each other around and laugh. They don't look at each other's faces much though. They largely ignore us but are getting much better now, and this week one of them has started trying to get us to copy her which was wonderful progress. They imitate noises and actions, and babble a lot but not in a conversational way - almost like they're thinking aloud to themselves! Like I say, many positives, but a few areas of concern.
