Negligent childminder?

FTM here and 12m dd has recently started her childminder. First few weeks seemed to go brilliantly. She seemed happy and relaxed.
Then a few issues started coming up and I need some advice on how best to address the issues or... should I be finding other childcare provision as this is also something I am now considering.

Some of the issues that have come up this past week;

  • DD out in garden most of the day and came home with a sunburnt scalp (sun hats and cream were in her bag and should've been used)
  • She still has two bottles during the day but whilst there she may only be given 1/2 a bottle. Today she came home and both bottles had not been used and no water drank either (9-4pm).
  • they left her in a cot crying until she fell asleep (around 30 min of crying)
  • she has never had nappy rash until starting at the childminder. She came home today with such severe nappy rash. She seems to get a rash every time she's in now. We think her nappy was changed once during the whole day based on amount of nappies in her bag.

I just feel so upset at the thought of her not being cared for properly. Of course I won't send her if I feel worried but think I just needed to share this and hear if anyone has had any similar experiences or guidance. Thanks

@Brazilianut no she didn't tell me. I discovered her bottle untouched/or formula not used. That's what I find even worse that they didn't feel there was any issue with no drinks all day.

She won't be going back. I just feel so devastated that this happened to my dd

Poor baby. If your not happy take her out. No excuse for this. Take her from this asap. Sort out leave to make right choices

Poor baby, and poor you OP. You must be so upset.
I'd take her out immediately and report to Ofsted.
