How to get baby to nap with a 3 year old around

Looking for some advice on how to manage naps with a 4 month old and 3 year old.
Lack of sleep isn't doing anyone any good at all - we are right in the middle of the 4m sleep regression so baby really needs his naps but dc1 (just turned 3 last week) is so noisy I can't keep dc2 asleep during the day. It can take 30mins to get him to sleep then the slightest noise wakes him up. He sleeps so well in a quiet room usually 2hrs in the afternoon during the weekend when Dh is home but safer sleep guidelines mean I can't leave baby in a room alone for naps so during the week when it's only me at home he is in the sitting room with me and DC1. DC1 is so good and loves the baby but they are a typical 3 year old how likes noisy toys, running around and just being boisterous and noisy in general which doesn't make for a good sleep environment.
I can get baby to nap on a walk in the morning and late afternoon but they are usually due their longest nap right around lunch time so I can't really go out a walk to get them to sleep at this time everyday because I have to sort out lunch etc (although we do do this some days but once we get back home same problem occurs toddler noise wakes baby)

So basically apart from walks in the pram any tips on getting baby to nap with a 3 yr old around?

Mine are 2 and baby. I had exactly same issue. This week as soon as baby tired into pram, hat on and into hall. I pop in and out constantly, toddler plays in main room. We are all much happier. My problem may be moving that to a cot at six months.

I used to let the older one watch some tv! Or picnic lunch and older one plays in playground whilst youngest sleeps in pram!
