Feeding and sleep?

I am very blessed with a 4 month old that is a good sleeper! However I’m worried that she is a bit “too” good of a sleeper...she will often go 8 hours overnight with no feed and sometimes longer if I over sleep!! I have quite bad anxiety, particularly around her feeding so generally I will wake her after 8 hours to feed her...my question is, should I just leave her sleeping and let her dictate when she wakes up to feed or am I doing the right thing in waking her?!?!
Due to my anxiety I have never tested exactly how long she will sleep for! 😱

For additional information:
She is solely formula fed, she suffers with reflux so we add a thickener to her milk which seems to help and gripe water as she always has terrible wind. She is healthy and is gaining weight at the correct pace (with her current routine of me waking her).

Thank you for reading and for any advice 😊

I just leave mine and enjoy the sleep. Apart from in the very early weeks I'd never wake a sleeping baby to feed.

Just leave them. Honestly, don't complain about having a baby who sleeps too much. As long as they're happy and healthy during the day bd growing just see it as a blessing. I wish mine would sleep for 8 hours!

At 4 months up to 12 hours is absolutely fine. Enjoy!

Absolutely no need to wake a healthy 4 month old overnight. My first had been sleeping through for a while by that age and my second is only 7 weeks but I still do not wake him and the longest stretch he’s done to date is 7.5 hours. Enjoy the sleep!

I’d let her sleep tbh. If you’re worried about her missing that feed, then up her daytime feeds to compensate.
