Changes after they turn 3 years

So my little boy is 3 within the next week. Yay. Just wondering what changes people have noticed when their children turned 3. I'll explain a bit more below as to what I mean

When he was 2 he didn't have any words. Words came about 2.5 and now he has many single words but still a bit behind

He deffo wasn't using a cup by himself at 2 whereas now he can and he helps himself to drinks all the time

At 2 he was in the buggy a lot but over the summer last year we did lots of walking and also his sibling came along in august and although we have a buggy board he was fine walking so he's deffo able to walk to the shops with me whereas a year ago I would have been cautious

Those are just a few examples. So just wondered did anyone experience any big or significant changes from 3 to4 if compared to 2-3

Around the time mine turned three, he:
Started to learn the concept of sharing and taking turns
Could hold a pencil and start to draw circles and lines
Could just about dress and undress himself
Had his first friend
Could tell me his name and age
Had mostly given up naps (still needed occasionally almost right up until he started school)
Joined in with rhymes and songs

My son joins in with songs and understands turn taking

Mine turned feral at 3 Grin

I think it’s all relative. At 3 DN had just learned how to ride a bike without training wheels and to ice-skate and we bought her a scooter to try too. She always had amazing balance but at 3 it all just seemed to come together. It took her much longer to develop social skills and empathy though. Whereas her younger brother, at 3, seemed to turn into his friends’ agony uncle at nursery - he was always comforting, reassuring them, but it stepped up to new levels.

When mine turned three, it was full on why, no, tantrums about getting their own way. Fbh their logic had me stuttering at times 🤣 me... stop climbing, you could hurt yourself... them... don't worry... I'm good, I'm a monkey. Let's do this homework from nursery.. you need to write your name... why mam? I've done it loads... they can't say it Grin
