@jorhat, from your other threads, it does sound like your gut feeling is that something isn't quite right. Together with a centile drop , I think it's worth putting a plan together. The good news is that, because your baby is having wet and dirty nappies, he is getting milk, but perhaps something is preventing him accessing the amounts needed to put lots of weight on. I'm wondering about tongue tie. I know you're in Pakistan, so I'm not familiar with the system over there, but is there someone you can contact to have him assessed for tongue tie? Also, Google it and have a look yourself. An anterior tie should be fairly easy to identify from looking at picture. However, a posterior one is harder to spot. What does your baby's tongue look like when he cries? If it's forming a U shape, this could well be a posterior tie. A tie can prevent babies from forming an effective latch and being able to transfer milk properly. It can tire them out trying, so they get into a cycle of falling asleep at the breast, then waking soon after feeling hungry and crying.. And so the cucke continues. Does this sound familiar?
Meanwhile, while you're waiting for help with this, your two priorities are getting plenty of milk into your baby and keeping your supply up. My suggestion would be to express milk after feeds, at least every 2 or 3 hours and then feed your baby this, via a cup or spoon, even if it's only small amounts to begin with. Can you get hold of a breast pump soon? But meanwhile, make it a priority to seek help with potential tongue tie. If your baby is taking your expressed milk after each feed, he should be much more settled meanwhile. Especially as the pump starts to increase your milk supply.
