That is a long time to be awake - babies this age would tend to need to sleep 90min or so to my memory. Do they not fall asleep on boob during all this feeding? Cluster feeding is hard. How long has it been like this? What makes you say cries are definitely hunger?

@Merename ive been dealing with clusterfeeding from quit a while like from week 2... he was doing it for 7 hours or in intervals like from 6pm to 9pm then 11 to 6am but now hes up for that long... he sleeps while breastfeeding but only for 5 min its been so much time and the moment i put him to sleep he starts crying just like everyday but today hes not taking proper two hours nap, burbed him.. changed his diaper.. gave colic drops, massaged him

Oh it’s really hard isn’t it, you must be tired. Yes many babies that age hate being put down and only want to sleep on adults, or while walking in pram, sling or driving. Do any of those work to get them a sleep? Doesn’t need to be 2hrs. Sometimes overtiredness can become a thing when it’s like this, making it even harder to get them to nap - sometimes trying to get them to nap via rocking or movement or whatever, before they seem tired, works better. Good luck!

What's his weight gain like? Have you had someone like a lactation consultant watch a feed to make sure there's adequate milk transfer going on? Can you hear him swallowing?

He's dropped a few centiles, I would contact your HV or the infant feeding team at your hospital, or a private lactation consultant if you can afford it. There may be a problem with your baby's milk transfer so he's not getting the milk out properly if your supply is okay, hence why he's feeding constantly. They can observe a feed and see his swallowing, do a weighted feed if necessary where he's weighed before and after a feed to see how much he's taken.

Has he been assessed for a tongue tie?

@jorhat, I've posted a reply on your other thread about weight. Have a read and feel free to get back to me with your thoughts. I'm sorry you're having a tough time. The first few weeks can be so hard.
