How often should an 11 week old feed?

My baby is 11 weeks old and weighs 14lbs she's sleeping through the night from 830pm-7am I'm worried she's not getting enough formula she has 5 bottles a day 6oz sometimes has 7oz at the before bedtime bottle. How often should she be feeding? In the day she has every 3 hours but should that be from finishing or starting? She takes about 40 mins to finish a bottle as she struggles with reflux sometimes she doesn't seem interested 3hours after feeding not sure if I'm giving her enough she's been drinking the same amount for the last 2 weeks I'm not sure when I should increase the amounts, if I was to spread the bottles out more (I do feed her when shes hungry) she would have to go down to bed later and I'm worried that will unsettle her routine.
Any advice?

If she's sleeping through then she must be getting enough. You would count 3 hours from the start of the feed. If she's draining the bottles then that's when you'd offer extra.

Feed her when she shows hunger cues. Babies should never finish a bottle anyway, they should always be deciding when they have had enough, so if they do finish a bottle then you should be offered more milk.

I think that seems plenty. I also started worrying about how often my baby was feeding and how much she was getting when she started sleeping through. It can be quite variable and she seems to be hungrier on some weeks and not on others. If she has plenty of wet and dirty nappies and is putting on weight then she should be fine. Just follow baby's lead, when she starts drinking the whole bottle with no milk left over then just up the amount.
