Don't know if anyone has ever brought this kind of thing up before but fussy eating could be down to your child seeing you interact with the food rather than the taste of the food. Here's what worked for me: don't take a bite of or taste their food, don't touch their food, don't touch the part of the cutlery which will touch their food, don't lift the plate up to your face to smell it and say "mmmmm", let them see the food come out of the cooker so they know where it came from and don't take it out of their view as that could look like you did something to it out of sight. They might really hate to see or hear people eating or hear the sound of metal cutlery on plates so maybe don't eat with them. It seems to help if the food looks more artificial. Liquids e.g. gravy seem to be detrimental. If they feel you're still too involved with their food you can give them food which doesn't need to be cooked as long as it's packaging is unopened.
