I need some advice.. my LG has reflux, its kinda medicated but she still struggles to sleep.. she was sleeping 6hrs but maybe fidgeted for a little here and there but always went bk to sleep now she manages 4hrs a night theb starts tossing and squirming and making noises and doesnt settle again. She's 3months. Because she then doesn't sleep well during the night she then sleeps alot in the day.
Anyone else had this issue and managed to get it resolved?.

He have a reflux wedge now as well but she rolls off it no matter what we do. Her bed is tilted and that doesn't seem to help either.

Interested in the responses to this. My little boy has been doing this since 2 months and hes now 5 months. Counting down the days until I can out him in his own room as it's really hard to sleep through!

She has her moments when she sleeps during the day. She sometimes let's open a massive scream or cry and but doesnt even notice she's done it. She has 3-4 naps a day sometimes 20minutes sometimes up to 4hrs. Depends what night sleep she's had

I think she may be reverse cycling. There are some things you can do though.

Try using a T-shirt DH has worn as the sheet in her cot. Get her outside in the sunshine at least twice a day and have a read of the No Cry Sleep Solution.

If she's teething, have you tried a dose of ibruprofen? If she sleeps after that you know it's the teeth causing the problem Smile
