Hi my son will be 14 months when I give birth. What are your best double pram suggestions? I will likely be buying this one second hand
TIA

We have just bought a refurbished bugaboo donkey duo our daughter will be 15months when baby arrives. We wanted side by side not a tandem so opted for this one. It is quite big but fits through standard shop doorways according to the specification. It was quite expensive even secondhand but really liked that it was the bassinet and pushchair and it could be parent facing for both also got the second pushchair seat with it and can also be used in mono mode.

Mountain buggy duet.. never found a door it wouldn’t fit through!

There's a small age gap between my two DC and I opted for the Joie air stroller and as much as I love it I wish I had chosen a tandem as I can't fit the pram out of the front door or through quite a few shop doors. I also find that now they are both a bit older they seem to fight and bicker a lot side by side!

If going for a pre-loved, absolutely go for a Bugaboo Donkey, you'll even sell it well afterwards. It's a quality that will last you much better than something cheap.

I've written about tandems and side-by-side strollers here, I think it might be of help, if the Donkey is not your taste after all. I do love the idea of the Mountain Buggy mentioned above as well.

Another recommendation for the MB Duet. As a PP said I never found a door it didn't go through and it went easily onto every size of bus.

We got one second hand for £300 and after a year of use sold it on again for £150.

We bought an egg the first time specifically because of how nimble and compact it is and it doubles up.
I don't like how big and cumbersome strollers can be as a double but I found the egg much more manageable (I'm only petit so wanted to be able to manoeuvre it with ease).
