9 month old diet

What does your 9 month old eat? I'm running out of ideas to feed my lil one for lunches and dinners. I try to eat with him for lunch but I can barely eat anything atm as I'm pregnant so he can't just eat what I eat. For dinner he eats earlier than us so again can't just have what we have.
TIA!!:)

Could you save a serving of whatever you have for dinner and that then becomes his dinner the next day so you have a quick reheat then don't have to have inspiration for his meal?

Pasta salad - I like this one as it’s quick, cheap and can be kept overnight in the fridge for a couple of days. www.princes.co.uk/recipes/recipe-tuna-pasta-salad/

Frittata muffins www.annabelkarmel.com/recipes/egg-brunch-muffins/ They keep well for a couple of days.

Thank you love those suggestions, great idea about keeping food from the night before!
Think I'll have some of those recipes for myself as well !

Yes, this. It still works well for us with toddler aged DC.

I also used to make double portions of things and then freeze baby sized meals. If I made 4 adult portions of e.g. stif fry, bolognese, risotto etc then I would get 2 adult meals, 1 fresh baby meal and about 5 or 6 frozen baby meals. I used to freeze them in a silicon muffin tray as that worked well as a portion size and once frozen decanted into freezer bags. By doing that say twice a week, I built up a supply quite quickly and it was very easy to just defrost/heat when needed.
