Sleep interrupted because of training.

My niece is self training at the moment and is doing really well BUT she's waking up really early in the mornings (5.15am this morning) shouting 'Loo, loo, loo!' and then not going back to sleep. I mind her and she also wakes earlier from naps if she needs to go.

Will she eventually sleep through and stay dry?
Should my sister take her out of bed at that hour of the morning or tell her to 'go' in her nappy?
I don't remember what dd and ds did but I think they just woke up wet.
She is going to be 2 on Sunday.

Well, my ds2 is exactly the same. I think that once his body clock adjusts a bit he should be fine - it was 4.30 am today and before the clocks changed he was going until 6.00 am (not usually a problem as I get up at 6.30 am).

But do you think that at 24 months her bladder muscle would be strong enough to hold it all night? dd wasn't night trained till she was 4! Maybe she was just a bit slower than others though.
