How much milk should a 1yo drink?

My DS is now 14 months old. We switched formula to cows milk at 12m and now all bottle feeds have been changed to cups but I'm really not sure how much milk I should be giving him now?

Some information says 350ml,some says around 400ml and some says 550ml per day?

He won't always eat yoghurt so I don't count that towards his calcium intake. He loves cheese but I don't offer it every day. Eats a range of other foods. He has always been a big baby so I just want to be sure that I'm not giving him too much milk.

To be honest, by the time DS got to about a year, I stopped paying attention really. From 12 months he's had a bottle/cup before bed and sometimes one overnight or in the morning depending on when he wakes up. If he's feeling ill, he may have a mid afternoon one.

They need 350mg of calcium. That can be milk and/or other sources. There is no need for them to have milk as long as they have enough calcium.

Om. At moment he takes a cup in the morning (something around 150-200ml), milk with cereal, milk with afternoon snack (100-150ml) then milk after dinner (150ml). Isn't impacting on his appetite for food, but do you think this is OK?

Sounds fine to me but I'm pretty relaxed and tend to just trust DS that he knows what he wants. Sometimes he drinks milk when I offer it, sometimes he doesn't. I try not to stress too much because I figure it will all work out over the course of a few days/weeks.
