Ergobaby or Babybjorn carrier?

Trying to decide between the Ergobaby omni 360 cool air mesh and the Babybjorn one air.
I like that the babybjorn looks easier to put in but the outward facing the hips dont look in the correct position. Where as the Ergobaby looks better with the hips but looks really tricky to put on.
I need peoples reviews and opinions please.

Ergo over Bjorn definitely but if you are a wrap user then a decent woven wrap might fit the bill, they can be very supportive. I was chatting to my 8 year old the other day about how I used to carry him in a sling and ended up putting my 14 year old on my back with a woven wrap.
