20 month baby still on baby milk

Hi,
Just after a bit of advise. My little girl loves her baby milk, we have tried cow's milk but she just wont drink it. In a cup or bottle.
I don't mind her being on baby milk, it's more the quantity she's having. She has 6, 5oz bottles a day.
She absolutely loves them. She eats her dinner and tea fine, not much of a breakfast eater.
She has loads of juice or water in a cup.
She is very healthy, it's more if I need to go anywhere I still have to pack the bottles and milk and try and feed it before it's too cold (before lockdown).
I just cant help feeling super guilty when I reduce them. She gets real naggy and cheers up as soon as she's had it.
A few months ago I did ask my HV and she said dont worry about it, advise of family is she's healthy and it's ok.
But it's more a pain in the bum than anything.
Any advise would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Bottles are not recommended after 12 months. I would start by dropping the bottles and putting formula or cow milk in a cup. She doesn’t actually need any cow’s milk, just 350mg of calcium a day.

The formula and the juice will not be good for her teeth. I would just switch to water or normal cow's milk. She will get used to it eventually. It's a bit like if you give someone the option of chocolate or an apple, they'd probably love the chocolate. But the apple is perfectly fine and if you only offer the apple, they may not be as thrilled but they'll eat it if they're hungry. So just offer water, or occasionally sugar free squash and lots of filling food, fruit, veg, dairy (yogurt, cheese, etc.) and protein. It will fill her up. It just sounds like you've gotten in a rut. I don't think either of mine had 6 bottles after about 8 months so she certainly doesn't need the calories.

I think that’s quite a lot of milk. I had to cut my daughters milk feeds, she was on 3 bottles at 18m, each one 5-6 ounces. Started offering one in a cup and she stopped drinking it and we haven’t looked back. At 21m she does still have a bottle, she will not be persuaded to switch to a cup. But we are down to only the recommended 350ml a day.
