My children talk to our dog better than they talk to me, and they have more respect for the f**king doormat......

Quite frankly, they have been little shits today.
same as they wer yesterday, and the day before.

And probably will be tomorrow.

Spoilt, selfish, greedy little shits.

Go and look at them when they are asleep.
Will restore equalibrium.
And eat chocolate.

fireflyfairy2 · 27/10/2007 19:39

The are cute though LTH

SpookyDooooo · 27/10/2007 19:39

Oh LTH sorry your having a crap time, do you have any chocolate to munch on, are they in bed yet?

LadyTophamHatt · 27/10/2007 19:40

The way they've been during this half term it'll take alot more then looking atthem asleep to restoe equilibrium.

Broading school might do it. It'd have to be 365 days a year though.

sympathy, sympathy

'Our Sovereign Lord the King chargeth and commandeth all persons, being assembled, immediately to disperse themselves, and peaceably to depart to their habitations, or to their lawful business, upon the pains contained in the act made in the first year of King George, for preventing tumults and riotous assemblies. God Save the King. '

The Riot Act. Read it to them. State your aims and then ground the little buggers when they step over the mark.

Its crapola tho isn't it!

I find that going ape shit bonkers with mine, with denial of privelages works. At least for a bit

LadyTophamHatt · 27/10/2007 19:41

The small one is cute FFF2, he also can't talk yet so he's exempt from this rant.

DH has been away for a few days, just back this evening but had to go out again to help his brother.
I said they could wait up for him.

I think I must have told them 7,8 times tp go in (dh and BIL were loading a van). Even BIL told them to "Do as your mum says" about 3 times.

They point blank ignore me.

i might as well not even be here.

The are all in bed now. And my throat his sore from shouting atthem so much.

sorry to be dim, but how old are they??

LadyTophamHatt · 27/10/2007 19:45

BTW, they'd been outside "helping" dh and BIl the whole time, I'd told them to go in as they were just finishing off the van.

I'd be tempted to go on strike tomorrow, at least for the older two.

babies are so nice an bidable aren't they??

and at the time I thought they were complicated [sigh]

so nice stuff for you and dh and baby to eat. Tough shit (and bread and butter)for the lads until they behave.

your house, your rules. And rule no ! is Mum is boss!

LadyTophamHatt · 27/10/2007 19:51

would be great but Dh has to go and finish off with his brother.
Dh said they'd take the big ones with them but A)They'd(the boys) argue the whole time making it a longer day B)They don't deserve to go

(Dh and BIL are emptying their mums house)

Then do it the next time you have a day with them. They need to know just how much they need good old mum, and there is nothing quite like a quick 24 hour strike to bring it home.
