Lockdown Birthday for a 4 year old

He turns 4 in a couple of weeks and wanted to go to diggerland as he is obsessed with them but now it's lockdown everything is closed. His birthday is on a Monday and I have booked the day off work, but what can I do to make it fun for him?
I hired a bouncy castle for his older brother but that was during summer and it will be too cold, any other ideas? So far I have a tea party with an Avengers Birthday cake and party games. This is probably all I can do, but someone may have an idea on how I can make it special Smile

Do you know anyone who would drive a digger past your house?

Pancakes for breakfast

You can hire soft play type of stuff and make a mini soft play type environment in your house. A friend of mine did it for her 3 year old during the first lockdown. I dont know if that would appeal as its not at all digger based!

Following, as my DS turns 4 in a few weeks too

Soft play hire sounds good

Loving the FaceTime with a character as he loves spider man and iron man, also like the Piñata idea and the jelly bath :)
We could start with make your own pancakes for breakfast :) and I don't know anyone who had a digger but there is a new build estate round the corner from us that we can have a walk to and he can see them (don't know why I didn't think of this before) not the same as diggerland, but defo cheaper. Thank you for your great suggestions
