Hypermobility in toddlers

My DS has been diagnosed as Autistic. As the HV team are preparing to make appointment to provide us with support, one thing they picked up on is him seeing a psysio. He is 2.

He is quite a slow runner, he's very tall and has huge feet so we always thought this was why.

He doesn't really run or jump, problems with stairs. He gets tired quickly from walking. His wrists and ankles are very clicky and I can feel them pull when I hold his hand. His hips are very flexible he sits in a butterfly pose often.

I have hypermobility, it's caused me a lot of problems in pregnancy with PGP.

Just wondering if this sounds like he is hypermobile and anyone in this situation, what do physios typically recommend?
