Where to sell pram

Anyone have any recommendations of where to sell my silver cross pram? I'm pregnant but can't use it again as having twins and it doesn't convert to a double!

I don't really have the space to store it whilst it sits on eBay or gumtree for months on end just wondered if there were anywhere else to get rid of it quickly (other than the tip! Which would be a waste!)

Facebook?I gave my Icandy to charity but sold very babyzen Yoyo. I was competitive on the price and it went over a weekend.

@Username7521

Thanks I'll give that a whirl but whenever I look on Facebook marketplace lots of things are labelled "free to good home" or randomly have ridiculously high prices - I've never really used it so don't know if this is the norm 🤣

I think I'll just have to set a deadline and if it's not gone by a certain date then I'll see if a charity shop will take it

I'm kicking myself for not buying the silver cross which could be converted to a double in the first place as it wasn't much more expensive than the Wayfarer model but wasn't expecting twins! 🤣

Facebook Marketplace - I buy and sell all our baby/toddler stuff on there

We bought our silver cross pram off gumtree and that's where I would sell one, too - I've sold things both there and on Facebook and the ratio of genuine buyers to absolute idiots is, I found, much lower on Facebook - too low for me! I found it took a little longer to start getting messages and interest on gumtree but they were much more likely to result in a sale for the price agreed and without the person demanding something ridiculous like delivery of an item described as for collection 'cos I don't hav car hun xxx'

Yes, I totally agree there are a LOT of idiots and chancers on Marketplace, but if you can ignore them the footfall (so to speak) is much higher.

It would entirely depend on how quickly you wanted rid of it and your personal threshold for bullshittery.

@Ihaveoflate

I do want rid fairly quickly as twins due in the near year and new pram being delivered in a couple of weeks. Being pregnant and uncomfortable and hormonal my threshold for bullshit is probably near zero! 🤣
I'll list it and give it a go! 🤞🤞

If you want it gone in a couple of weeks at most then I would just go Facebook and grit my teeth and hope for not too much nonsense - good luck!
