He had a discussion with me in the very full changing rooms that went like this:

  • mum! You have your pants the other way around
  • (whispers) I don’t
  • you dooo
  • I do NOT
  • yes you dooooo!

He may have been only 3 but I have never been so embarrassed in my life!

Oh wait! He had another one worse than that... we were buying Christmas decorations surrounded by families when he loudly announced “Mum, I don’t care how many men you have slept with, I love you!”

It transpires his dad had been using Mamma Mía as a babysitting device.

He drew all over his little brothers bedroom walls in crayon, numbers, trains and general scribble. My youngest loves it and told me I'm not allowed to paint over it lol. He also drew all over the walls in their playroom. I'm not even going to bother redecorating until they're older (can't afford it anyway atm lol) as I wouldn't put it past him to do it again, and he's 7 now. He pushed his brothers high chair over when he was 3 and he hit his head on the table and cut his eye, that was awful I was only by the kitchen sink!

Oh and he used to creep in steal my make up bag in the mornings before I'd woken up and I'd find him and his brother in his brothers cot covered in make up Grin I learnt quickly to hide it lol

In a self cleaning/automatic loo in a busy part of town, ds 8 lent on the "unlock door" button by acciden't (he was facing the door, and leaning against the connecting wall while he waited on me). I was mid pee when the door slowly began to open... I don't think I've ever been so mortified in my life.

He also spent a few hundred quid on fortnite once, (staying with his gran who wasn't supervising properly, though tbf no one had realised yet that he'd sussed the password). I didn't get a penny back. That's the angriest I've ever been at him.

Mine is only 2 so not too bad yet but during potty training she stood over my clean clothes for the day while I was getting undressed, made eye contact with me and pissed all over them.

She also helped herself to my make up but only the good stuff so I had to bin a barely used NARS palette while the cheaper brands remained unsullied.

18 yr old girl and twin 16 yr olds, girl and a boy plus a 3 month old ( she's so cute I get all teary ) Here are some: drove a golf buggy into an ornimental pond, mooned one her teachers and got suspended, broke both her arms skiing, thought a wet T-shirt contest was a good idea, set fire to the kitchen, took the dog for a walk and lost him, been to A&E too many times to remember.

Age 4 or 5 threw decorative fireplace pebbles from the top of the stairs and dented the wooden floor

MonkeyPuddle · 14/09/2020 07:55

He had diarrhoea while we were in the bath together. Fun.

My youngest has adhd and various behavioural issues so I won't frighten you all with her exploits, my youngest drew all over herself with permanent marker.

My 9yo left the fridge door open all day last week when she got her packed lunch before school. I didn’t realise until I got home at 10 past 5 and wanted to start making dinner! We had to order takeaway instead.

My 4 year old broke our TV! It was an accident, and it was long term poking rather than hitting it with something hard. But I was so so angry even though it was an accident, he was devastated too!

Spent literally all day watching a bare bottomed 2 year old during poor training, awaiting the dreaded poop which was brewing. Literally went to the kitchen to get him a cup of water and in that time he managed to poop on the floor, run through it, get it on his hands, try to wipe it off his hands on his clothes and wiped it on the baby gate.... all in under 2 minutes Grin

FizzingWhizzbee123 · 14/09/2020 21:24

*potty training (not poor!)

Pinkflipflop85 · 14/09/2020 21:28

Seem to have brain fog and have blocked most things out.

I do remember the day that he had a bit of a strop and launched his toy circular saw at the brand new tv and broke it....

Stood at the top of a slide in the park, took down his pants, and weed off the top of the slide as I was sitting on a bench next to a stranger. Never quite worked out what possessed him. He was 3 at the time.

DC steals sweet things. On one occasion crept down in the middle of night stole a tub of strawberry ice cream took it back to bed ate some and put rest under his pillow for next day. Nice pink puddle of mess on bed.

He also stole debit card and took to school. Tried to use it on tuck shop but was refused. Then he threw it in bin as thought it did not work. Luckily school rang to say he had tried to use it. Got it back.

Left bath running on purpose and flooded through dining room ceiling.

Older son had ADHD and made several holes in plaster on bedroom wall. Climbed out bedroom window and dangled on dill. Cut the back of my new pile new wool coat I had used all Xmas and birthday money to buy.
