Opinions on my 18 month old's diet?

My DD is a bit of a fussy eater and enjoys a lot of carbs and refuses a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables. I've had mixed opinions from people in RL and would love MN to say what they think/ how it compares to their own children around a similar age.

A typical day:

7am small bowl of muesli with cows milk (usually the organix toddler muesli)

9am whole grain porridge made with cows milk with fresh raspberries on top

11am bottle of milk before nap

1.30pm lunch - it's usually cheese on toast with a corn on the cob. Or Philadelphia with oatcakes and a corn on the cob followed by a natural yoghurt.

3pm snack - melty sticks and a fruit pouch

5pm dinner - jacket potato with cheese and spinach. A small amount of poached salmon. An oaty bar snack thing and usually another fruit pouch.

6.30pm weetabix and a bottle of milk.

I would personally try to get her to eat with you by 18 months. It's not alway possible as some foods may be unsuitable but wherever possible. We ate as a family at 6.30 pm with a snack around 3.30pm worked really well. One breakfast is better then a mid morning snack. By 18 months we had long switched to cups of milk

I think two breakfasts is a little odd, but just my opinion not necessarily right. I would maybe do a bit of fruit instead of one of them. Berries or something

My DD is 18 months. A typical day is a little like this.

7:30/8am breakfast - shreddies/cornflakes or porridge or toast with cup of water (little sod refuses to drink milk from a cup)

10/10:30 snack - rice cakes or half a banana or satsuma

12 dinner - could be anything. Scrambled egg, beans or cheese on toast (if she's not had toast for breakfast). Or Cheese and ham/hummus/peanut butter and jam sandwich or wrap roll ups. Or Cheese and crackers or soup and bread (messy but gets ate). Always stick a few baby crisps on there, cucumber and pepper which she may or may not eat depending on mood. Grapes/strawberries/Mango whatever fruit we have in. Another cup of water.

Mid afternoon snack. Rich tea biscuit or those oaty flapjacks or breadstick n dip. Although she doesn't always have an afternoon snack. Depends

5:30/6pm tea. Whatever everyone else is having.with a cup of water. Dessert tends to be fruit and full fat Greek yoghurt.

7:30 7oz whole milk warm in a bottle.
