Chicken and...?

My LO hates chicken but want to feed her some.

I have tried it with avacado. First time she was okay next week she didn't want it.

I tried it with yoghurt which she did eat but I read online not to give yoghurt and chicken together?

I have tried it with rice / potatoe but still no.

Anyone else have any other ideas I could try?

Just seen your LOs age; I appreciate that curry (no matter how mild) at that age could be a bit adventurous but one to try when they're a little older maybe! Smile

@MotherofKitties maybe without the mild sauce and instead tomatoe sauce or something. But I like the idea of mixing it with other vegs and chick peas.

What about leafy greens? They have a lot of iron

Have you tried chicken thigh or drumstick? It tends to be softer when cooked because of the higher fat content. Dont over cook it though.

Have you tried giving a strip of chicken as finger food?

Mine likes homemade chicken goujons - stripe if chicken breast, dipped in milk then rolled in breadcrumbs with Parmesan, bake in the oven.

That said, he wouldn’t touch much meat at all at 10 months, it came later.

Maybe shred the chicken and add to pasta or rice. My little ones wouldn't eat chicken if they were cut in pieces so I used to cook and shred them x
