Baby led weaning

Hi, my baby is 8 months old and definitely prefers feeding himself than eating purées, despite not having a single tooth yet! He eats pretty much what we eat for dinner, but I'm finding myself making the same things over and over again for breakfast and lunch. Please inspire me! What quick, easy and healthy breakfasts and lunches do your babies eat? Thank you!

I follow what mummy makes on instagram for ideas. Her first book has recently been released and there are lovely recipes in it.

My baby eats what I eat too, some ideas are
Pancakes with fruit / yoghurt
Pasta with veggies and salmon or chicken or tofu or sausages or anything similar really
Fish fingers with chips (feels naughty but he loves it)
Mash potato with beans
Pitta bread and houmous
He also loves cheese so quite often give him cheese on the side

Breakfast - weetabix or porridge with fruit, porridge fingers, pancakes, omelette cut into fingers, toast with pb / fruit puree

Lunch - I have the baby lead weaning cookbook app and tend to batch cook things from there so they're easy to pull out from the freezer stash, as my little one eats lunch before her nap and I eat in peace when she's asleep! Favourites are mini quiches, savoury muffins (can hide loads of veg in them), veggie rolls and carrot and apricot sausages but there's millions on there, so easy to make and there's loads of meat on there too for non veggies. She also loves beans on toast for an easy option and picky plates with a mix of eg cucumber, crackers, some berries, cheese, an egg etc - they were always a winner when she was in a fussy mood.
