Baby wakes at 5am HELP

My son is 10 months old, nearly 11 months and has always been a fairly early riser but for about the past 2 months (!) he wakes every day between 5 and 5:30. Even had a couple of instances of him waking at 4:30am. We've tried going into his room quietly and turning on white noise which usually helps him sleep but this doesn't work. We give him his dummy etc. But it's like he's ready to start his day! Shouting, babbling but then half an hour later he's grumpy and tired at at best he had his morning nap at 8am! He has 2 naps a day each lasting 1.5 hours roughly. He goes to bed between 7:00pm - 7:30. We have attempted to push his bedtime back but this didn't make a difference. HELP or do I accept he's just an early riser?

Sorry no advice, my ds1 was an amazing sleeper ds2 who has just turned 3 not so much 4:30 to 5am wake ups every day and now he has dropped his nap. I found pushing bed time back didn’t help at all was still awake at the same time just even more grumpy. I hope someone comes up with a magical solution because it is exhausting good luck x

Are you feeding / giving a bottle or just trying to resettle? Mine's one but when he's up at 5am and especially when he was younger, it's not really that he's ready to be up, he's hungry and just hasn't noticed yet. A new nappy and pounding a bottle into him buys me another couple of hours 9 times out of 10. The other the wee bugger actually is ready to be up and I consider a wee scream.

My almost 3 year old wakes up between 4.30-5.15am daily. I found putting to bed early is the best option so I at least get an evening to myself if I lose my mornings. so she now goes to bed around 6.30pm as even if she went to bed at 8pm she would still be up that early.
