Teething signs?

My baby is 4 months old, she has been grouchy for the past few days. She did have her last lot of immunisations on Friday so I expected this on Friday and Saturday. Given experience with the previous two lots she was very sleepy and had a fever for the first lot. She has been fine physically this time but has been grizzly since.

Yesterday and this morning she has been crying (more of a whinge cry than a proper hearty cry)
She normally never cries unless really hungry so it’s very unusual to me. I’m not sure what to do, people keep telling me she’s teething, but I don’t want to give her calpol etc if she’s not actually in pain! How on earth can I tell? She has no temp, no physical symptoms of anything so I’m not worried following the jabs. I just want to help her but I don’t know what to do for the best.

My HV told me to contact GP if I was worried, I’m not worried that’s she’s ill. So I don’t want to waste their time if she is just teething. Hence asking strangers on the internet

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Is she chewing on lots of things? Give her a teething toy, ones that go in the fridge are good. See if shes keen to nibble on that. If so I'd give her a bit of paracetamol and see if that makes any difference.
Could she be overtired?

If I give her a teething toy, she gives it a good chomp for about a minute then looses interest.

She’s sleeping fine and napping fine. I wonder maybe she’s having a growth spurt so needs food little and often
