Hey! Just as the title says really, what routines do you have your LO's in? If one at all. Just after a rough guide as I have a routine for my little girl but wanting to tweak it a bit as I feel her bedtime is a little too late, but then again, not really sure what is right or wrong😕

Formula fed babies preferably please🙂

Thank you!

My 16 week old has a vague routine of getting up 6.30-7 and feeding every 3-3.5 hours depending during what he wants during the day with 3 naps around 9, 12.30 and 4; normally two short naps and a bigger nap in the middle. He will normally nap 2.5 hours after his last nap and he doesn’t sleep after 5 or he won’t go to bed. He then goes to bed at 7.30 with a dream feed at 11pm and he’ll wake in the night for a feed.

Mine is 14 weeks and is the same as above! No naps after 5. Recently we've been starting bath/bottle/bed at around 5.45 because hes been getting so tired, but really it can be anywhere up to 7.30ish. Hes usually fast asleep for the night by 6.30/7 and wakes at midnight for a feed. He might wake again at 4ish for another feed, but he sometimes drops this

Thank you both!

My little girl wakes up around anywhere between 5-7am, has a bottle and straight back to sleep until 10/11 and then up for the day with a nap around 1pm, 5pm & 7pm and then last bottle and bed around 11pm which I think is just way to late😕 need to be putting her down earlier. I'm going to do it gradually, so that it works and I can hopefully alter her naps during the day. Going to take her to bed at 10pm tonight, fingers crossed she sleeps as she had a nap at 7pm!
