Need recommendations!
DD will be 13 months when DS makes his appearance so preferably one that will be able to turn into a single once DD is walking properly.

Following! DS will be 15mo when DD arrives soon and we still haven't made our minds up. I would love to have a side by side but I imagine a tandem will be more practical when it comes to shopping etc.

Uppababy vista with rumble seat is great. Can get cheaply second hand.

ABC design zoom. My best baby buy ever. Having said that, it suits us as I walk everywhere during the week. It is bulky to fold up and put in the car. It doesn't change into a single unfortunately but there are 13 months between my first 2 and it was a long time before I could go out with just a single buggy. My oldest was a confident walker around 18 months we still needed a double buggy until was at least 2 and half as I walk a lot +naps and tantrums (!) so I definitely feel I got my money's worth!

I absolutely love my double. 12 month age gap here. An out n about double nipper.

Main thing about side by side is ds1 would occasionally try to feed snacks to the baby. And quite quickly they learnt the art of fighting/kicking eachother in the pushchair.

I personally like them next to eachother because they can interact.

Slightly different as I have twins but we had a Mountain Buggy duet which is a slimline side by side. It was great and fitted in most places (it is about the same width a wheelchair so most shops etc where fine) also had though tyres for off road etc. I think that the newer models do change in to a single but I haven't tried.

Babyjogger city mini double, was excellent for my 17m gap. Narrow enough to go through front door, little shops. My two used to hold hands.
