Lunch ideas

Hi
I'm looking for inspiration. My 17 month old usually has a picky lunch. Most of the time there's bread and jam, fruit, cheese, and a few crisps followed by a yoghurt if she still seems hungry (she loves food!).

I'm just struggling with what to put on the bread, I've tried meat pastes which she liked to start with but quickly went off it, I've tried peanut butter, different meats etc.

Has anyone got any other suggestions? I don't really want her to eat the same thing every day and want her to explore new foods. I'm a very picky adult and don't want her to go the same way.

Thanks!

Muffin pizza, toast muffin and put passata and cheese on, then under grill.
We are veggie but lots of different toppings

look online for beetroot burgers, we make in bulk then freeze, 20 mins in oven with a bit of mash we also freeze in small sandwich bags take 1 min in micro then cool down time.

Hummus or Philadelphia?

Cheese and beans on toast
Tuna mayo on toast (we don't have but saw online looked easy)

Thanks for the suggestions, will give them a go, she only has 2 teeth but still manages most things!

I usually give my toddler dinner leftovers for lunch.

If not then:
Soup
Pasta
Beans on toast
Sandwiches (cheese spread, Tuna mayo)
Scrambled egg on toast
Crackers with cheese and sides

Other things to put on the bread: avocado on toast, banana on toast or banana sandwich, cucumber sandwich all go down well here.

Other general lunches we have a lot include soup, baked potato with beans or tuna, wraps with salad (cucumber, tomato, avocado, sometimes some cheese and/or Quorn ham), but the wraps were probably more successful after age 2ish (now 3).
