Could it be intolerance?

I'm just going to say it - my DD's dirty nappies can clear out a room. She's 4 months and I think I started noticing it around 2 months? It was definitely after the HV stopped coming for her frequent visits, or else I would've asked her. I've looked online and it says that exclusively BF nappies should have little to no smell. She does vomit a lot as well despite being burped and can be gassy at times. Could she be lactose intolerant?

Not sure... My little boy smells a bit eggy as he does one but afterwards can't smell much.

Usually BF nappies smell a bit like yoghurt until they start solids.

An allergy could make her nappies stink though, have a read of this on Kellymom Smile

Lactose intolerance is very very rare.

Not sure if you mean a dairy intolerance??

@Rubyroost mine definitely hangs around until the nappy is disposed of 😩
@JiltedJohnsJulie if you mean like sour yogurt then yes, but very strong. I'll have a look at the article :)
@QueenofmyPrinces yes! Sorry, slightly sleep deprived while I was writing this haha (still am).
