toddler beds - why don't they come with superglue to stick the child in with?

after much ado over reluctance to sleep in the c.o.t. (as it must be referred to), dd 21months has now got a very cute bed, just her size (tiny) cos no way could i put someone so diddy in a 3ft bed. first night - fab, what a great new pink thing. over the seven nights since we've had it, she's slept less hours in it each night and keeps heading back to our king-size like a baby boomerang. her two big brothers would never have dared do such a thing.
Anyone got any tips? I NEED SUGGESTIONS!!

could give a few fairytale stepmothers a run for their money tho

i slept in the cot bed too last night with my 20mth dd and got kicked out of that too.lol
went back to mine at 3am got kicked out again at 5.30 by ds6 and dd.
i might try the sofa tonight and shut the stair gate.
