Hi there just wondering if anyone had started using a sleepyhead when their baby was a bit older. My DS is nearly 6 months and for the last 5 weeks he has been waking around 6 times every night. He seems to have developed a preference for sleeping on his side but won't actually roll over to put himself in this position. When going to sleep at night he fusses and cries if lying on his back in the cot but once I roll him on his side he stops crying and goes to sleep ! He is able to roll into his side but during the night when he rolls onto his back he wakes up crying and I have to get up and roll him back on his side to get him back to sleep and this happens a few times a night !

I have tried rolling up blankets behind him but he still managed to end up on his back. He just can't seem to get comfortable. I have read great reviews about the sleepyhead but don't want to buy it and it not making any difference as it's very expensive ! Has anyone ever starting using a sleepyhead for a baby around 6 months or older with similar sleep problems and seen a difference ? I'm getting desperate now as I am so exhausted

Arent sleepyheads made for back sleeping?

If you do decide to go for it, have a look at Purflo as its a slightly cheaper version of it.
