14 weeks - sleep help!!

My little boy is 14 weeks and for the past few nights has been up every hour wanting a feed (EBF).

We put him to bed between 630-730, after a bath and feed. He normally then wakes around 3am then 5am for a feed and then 7/8am for the day.

He then has 3 naps - the first one around 2 hours since he got up where we put him in the crib awake and he falls asleep on his own. The next two are a bit all over the place and he won’t fall asleep in crib on his own for these! Sometimes we have to rock him to sleep for these.

However, last night he was up 8 times from
6.30pm - 7.30am. And I have no idea why! He seems to be teething at the moment so we have put some teething gel on him and are trialling the amber bracelet.

Anyone have any tips for his daytime naps and also why he may be waking more frequently for a feed?

It's quite early for teething, but it could be.
Hopefully last night was just a blip! If he normally sleeps deom 7pmish until 3am I would just put him to bed a few hours later so that you get a full nights sleep. For daytime naps I'd try taking him for walks or rocking him in the pram.

4 month sleep regression starting a bit early? Could be teeth - my DS had his first appear at 4 months.

Tbh they change loads over that first six months and I found what might work one week didn't work the next as they become more awake, more aware of where you are etc.

4 month regression?
Late 12 week growth spurt or wonder week leap?
Have you tried a dummy in case it is just the comfort they want rather than hunger xx

He’s got all the symptoms of teething, really rosy cheeks, drooling lots and chewing fists.

He is waking all the time for a feed. I try to get him back to sleep by patting or putting his dummy back in but he will only fall to sleep after a feed. Does that sound like the regression?

Apparently the regression is all about babies being able to self soothe after a wake cycle and put themselves back to sleep. Would be worth reading up on it! I am only just learning myself too x

I keep reading mixed things! I also read that they should be in a routine now with naps and we are definitely not, only his first one!
