Can your 2 year old be still?

I do think I have an overtly active child but I’m starting to wonder if I have unrealistic expectations of a 2.5yr old.
Aside from watching tv there is never a moment she can be still. Constantly moving even when eating dinner. Colouring she’s up and down on her chair. Tried a kids yoga YouTube video with her and she’s soo busy running and spinning she can’t concentrate. Is this normal?

Defo just an active child- got into gymnastics so is perm on her head and flinging her legs in the air. She will zone out to some tv but is just active. Still knocks out instantly 1 min after lights out at bed time. She’s also incredibly skinny because all day long she burns energy.

Thank you so much for your answer . I have a 22 months old dd and although she sleeps well and sit for eating she seems to always want to be out of her buggy and walk .
no adhd then ?
thank you again for taking time to answer me x☺️

Nope no adhd- does well at school, listens in her extra curricular classes, just is an active child who I need to keep actively entertained. Her sister is a different kettle
of fish, can sit but then her worry is her speech. Answer is they worry you no matter what their personality.

Thank you again . Please feel free to ask me any advice regarding speech if you wish .
