is there much difference between shoe width F and G in clarks?

I took ds to be measure and he was a 10g but no shoes he liked the next day we went to same shoe shop, same assistant (didn't recognise us) and he was an 11f - even after fitting and all that walking around nonsenese.

thats why i asked as one shopped measured son as 7.5g and the other an f. didn't think there could be much in it.thanks

If you are talking about a small child, then I would say, probably, yes.

My LO is an E fitting and when they have tried F fitting shoes (E is in very short supply as not that common), staff have said they are unsuitable.

oh sorry foxy1, I didn't realise the feet were different. One of his feet is prob. quite boarderline so it'll be fine. I don't think they advocate buying 2 pairs of shoes!

have re-read and got it wrong again just ignore me. I would get measured again and ask supervisor to check

hi no his feet are the szme size but i wewnt to 2 different clark shops and one shop said his feet were a size f the other shop said size g!

the supervisor can check the assistant's measurement and also, they should realise when they feel the shoes on his feet if they are too wide/narrow.
