Taking dd for vaccinations

Dd is due for her 12 week vaccinations on Monday. Does it matter if they are a few weeks delayed? Not keen on going to hang out in the doctors if I can avoid it. We have been in the house for over 2 weeks now and I'm happy to stay put slightly anxious about being in close contact with people in the doctors surgery and not sure if it's classed as a essential procedure if it can be postponed. Thanks

My son is due his 12 month ones but I've not had a reminder letter about it, I've tried to call the surgery to ask their advice but I've never been able to get through to a person. I'm going to hold off on his and get them done later on. We're self isolating anyway because I'm working from him but I would hate him to have his vaccines and then catch Coronavirus whilst he is feeling grotty from his jabs.

If it wasn’t essential the surgery wouldn’t be doing it. Most GP’s have closed doors right now so very few people are physically in there. I’m taking my DC for hers in a couple of weeks because I delay now her whole schedule will be delayed.

We had DD's MMR the other day. It's practically the only thing the healthcare centre was still open for. We waited in car until called and then were taken through a side door and then in and out. No contact with anyone except nurse in PPE. They're still doing them because they are important. And given the things vaccinated for are generally far more dangerous for a baby than Coronavirus, I also felt it was important to get them done.

Thanks everyone for your replies. I'm probably being a bit silly because I've been trapped inside for 2 weeks and have gone a bit doo lally! Will take her on Monday but just be careful as with anything. Thanks again!
