For inspiration and interest! I sometimes worry I'm not doing enough with ds. Most of the day is still jumping between feeds and nappy changes, sitting in dark rooms or walking him around the garden to try and get him to nap. He has a play mat I put him on upstairs at no particular time during the day, normally when I'm sorting washing. Even our bath time varies and we do it every other day.

We normally get up between 8 and 9 and start going to bed at 7 though.

Anyone else?

It's a bit different at the moment because of the self isolation, but generally...

Ds wakes up about 6, has a feed then a quick nap. Up about 7, then it's mostly feeds, changing, a bit of tummy time, stories, chatting /playing in his bouncy chair etc. A couple of naps in between, usually late morning and just after lunchtime. We bath him 2-3 times a week, usually in the morning as that's when he's happiest. We are trying to introduce evening baths instead though, as part of a better routine.

He usually goes down about 7ish with a feed about 1am. But that's on a really good night!

Hope that helps! Xx

3.5 months...

She Wakes up at about 7, then has a feed and a cuddle in bed before going downstairs at 8ish.

I have my breakfast with her on the playmat, then we're in a cycle of playing, walking around the house singing/ showing her things, feeding and naps. Her naps are usually soon after breakfast, lunchtime (A long one), then late afternoon, but in the last few days she's had more, shorter ones.

In theory she sits in her bouncer while DH and I have dinner, then we start bedtime at about 8 and shes down at 9. But she's still a bit shouty in the evenings so that doesn't always work.
