Please help me plan my day - struggling

I have a 2.5 yr old and she does not understand why we cannot leave the house.

I’m struggling with routine at the moment, I’m becoming very anxious and would love some ideas of what you have all been doing through the day

Breakfast, lunch and dinner take longer which is nice as she helps out and I don’t feel guilty letting her wander round by herself while I’m doing jobs now but we have played with all the toys! Things don’t hold her attention very long at the moment

We are so used to going out and about too she keeps asking to go to these places and she’s missing the toddler groups

Is it safe to take her for a little walk where you are? Round my way, children have been drawing rainbows and putting them in their windows, so you can go around spotting them when you are out. Find a singalong video aimed at little ones - people are putting them out every day. My son lived Barney the dinosaur (very American) at that age. Try and do the same thing at roughly the same time each day, maybe even write it out with a simple picture for each activity, so you can point to each, say it's time for X now. Give her a spare cloth so she can "help" you dust her room. Make sure she helps to put her toys away. Have a tidy up time. Play some music or set a timer and have a race. Have a story time when you need to sit down and take a breather!

Think of breathing in - do something with her

then breathing out - let her explore something herself

Do you have an outdoor space? Full waterproofs & cups/jugs of water. Indoor a basin/bucket on floor on top of several towels with bath toys or tea set to wash up.

Make a picnic for the cuddly toys.
Let her sit in the bottom of the shower & play
Take a few quick photos of places in your house & print them (if you can?) then make a treasure hunt for her - story with you at the end or whatever snack was going to be.

Make a den - sheet over the table or sofa cushions

Any paint? Stick some in a zip lock bag & tape to the table/window - let her smush the colours together

Lots of reading stories.

Activity trail - every time you get to a cushio you have to jump, spin around in a hula hoop, move like the cuddly animal you get to etc

Bounce on the bed/sofa
