Hi! I know everybody's in the same situation, just wondering how you're all keeping busy and entertained with your baby? It's just me and her as her fathers working away.
I normally spend my days at my parents or my sisters or out walking. Thankyou!

Following. I'm home with a 7 wk old, DH is thankfully at least wfh (teaching secondary science!).

Make a list of nice things to do when baby sleeps - read, start a new TV series, a crafty hobby? When baby's awake... Read them a book, a chapter at a time - doesn't matter what, a gory thriller if you want, but good for the sound of your voice. Tummy time. Time on a playmat or baby gym. Can baby sit and watch you potter in the garden?

I need to learn to practice what I preach, but hope that helps!

Omg I’m so jealous- home with a newborn sounds bliss compared to a toddler.
Tummy time
Read them a book
Show them black and white books
Play mat
A daily walk
Rest!

I'm at home with three under five, so my days are jam packed!! If I was just at home with the baby I'd enjoy pottering about, a bit of Netflix, playing with her on the baby gym, naps etc.

Make the most of it, toddlers are hard work so enjoy the little baby stage while it lasts and your peace and quiet!

If you want stuff in general for you then definitely some Netflix or Amazon Prime (I binge watched The Walking Dead with my first and Stranger Things with my second!) especially if your baby is still in the sleepy, happy to chill in your arms stage since all too soon they are a lot less relaxed and you won't have time. If you want more baby related things then there are quite a few online baby classes now - if you have a look on baby club pages on Facebook you'll probably find links to baby signing/baby music clubs / baby massage. There's also one on CBeebies most mornings I've seen a couple of times that you can join in with. If you have things like bubbles, scarves, material of different textures, a light projector, musical instruments or things that make noise then it's fairly easy to replicate most baby clubs to be honest! Also if you have a good napper then you can do some self-care stuff for yourself too (facemask and bubble bath, read a few chapters of a good book with a cup of tea) but I am well aware many babies are not very good nappers!
