Not a baby but my 8.5 year old
Night after night between 11-3 saying she can't sleep or any other variety of reason to wake us & she isn't happy until both me & husband awake pandering to her needs!! Which aren't actually needs just excuses to wake us

Some things you could maybe try is extending her bedtime routine.

I'm not sure what you do now but no screens for an hour before bed, a bath, some of Lush Sleepy cream rubbed on a read to her. The attention she gets from this might help her settle.

Other things that might help are making sure the balance of her diet is roughly ok. There's a good guide here. Making sure she's warm enough (our DD likes to be really snug), and making sure she had tonnes of exercise.

The exercise is easier said than done though I know at this tine of year but after school clubs should help. Do she do much sport?

She does plenty of activities ... she should be shattered!
I've ordered some creams / sprays
We've had one good night so far this week
Last night wasn't great woke me twice once she wanted cream where her watch had rubbed her ..... then just when I'm in a deep sleep she wakes me to tell me she has an itchy leg!
She had Panto rehearsals last night so should be shattered!!

Ok so the other thing is that she could be having too little sleep. What time is she getting to bed?
