Hi my daughter has had her first lot of injections last Tuesday and she hasnt been herself since, she was such a happy baby, didnt cry unless it was for a feed or dirty nappy but now shes constantly windgy and very needy, could this be linked to the injections?

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

How old is she now OP? Could it be a developmental leap?

Have you tried giving her Calpol to see if she's grumbly because she feels unwell?

My son was pretty clingy and grumpy after the 1st and 3rd injections. He was sleepy after 2nd but not as grumpy so I think it's the men b that made him that way. It went after about 48 hours so you might find your little one gets better during today

Sounds more like a developmental leap to me too. Hopefully it won’t last long. I use a leap app to tell me when to expect more crying/clingyness and it is very accurate!!

Do you mean Tuesday last week or this week?
In either case, could her mood change be because of some pain/betrayal felt by the injection itself? Infants can remember a lot more than we expect or give them credit for - good and bad.
I remember doctors giving my son injections into his hands when he was about a year old and saying it was ok, while he was crying, as such young kids didn't really feel such things yet. He still remembers it to this day.

No, it's not linked to the immunisations.
