Can anyone suggest a good parenting book for parents of a 3 year old?

Just that really. My DC is 3 and very strong willed. Displays very typical toddler behaviours but as a first time parent I'm not always sure how to respond when she pushes the boundaries. There are so many parenting books it's difficult to know which ones are effective. So, I've come to those in the know! Any recommendations, please?

How to talk so little kids will listen is great, I find it really works.

Also a fan of ‘How to talk so little kids will listen’

Came in here to say how to talk so little kids will listen! Obviously very popular

Also if you are struggling with behaviour I’m currently doing Yale’s abcs of parenting course and it’s great- free and all based on solid research

I found the Louise Bates Ames books to be very good. She does every year up to 10. It is less instruction more a very detailed explanation of where your child is emotionally, physically, intellectually etc.
You then know what will pass and what to worry about! Grin.

I liked Toddler Taming.

Thank you all very much - I didn't realise I'd had any responses to my question as I'd had no notifications etc. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I will have a good look at your recommendations on Amazon now. Thanks again.
