Eczema baby allergies? Anyone

My 7 month old has developed milk eczema on her tummy. I'm wondering is this is a sign she may have allergies? I'm yet to introduce the big allergens (only had veges, beans, lentils, avo) I was about to give nut butters but I've noticed the rash and gp confirmed. I'm wondering what has triggered this. I soaked her clothes in some vanish before washing them and that could be culprit.

Anyway my question is, how many of you have had a baby develop eczema when moving onto solids? AND ended up with allergies?

I'm worried I've given her non organic vege and something toxic has hit her liver. All my adult friends have cured theirs through diet but I can't imagine a tiny baby would develop eczema from a few gentle vegetables! 😭 maybe she has a more severe allergy that we are yet to discover. Nervous!!

If it's over her tummy, to wash her clothes again. Use a non bio, I find the one from Lidl is really good and no softener.

If that doesn't work, try swapping nappy brands too.

If you are thinking it's a food allergy, does she gave very stinky trumps, a swollen tummy or mucus in her poos?

@JiltedJohnsJulie thanks, yes I use smol and never had an issue. Just recently soaked poop stained clothes in vanish and feel it didn't wash out properly in machine maybe. Will re-wash. She doesn't have any other allergy symptoms but I've only given soy and sesame but long before this eczema developed 🤷🏼‍♀️ I'm just afraid to introduce nuts as I've read that babies with eczema are more likely to have allergies. I'm wondering if it's a precursor. Or maybe it's just the fabric soap gah!
