13 weeks old - how much sleep / awake time?

My DD is 13 weeks old and still seems to sleep quite a lot. I'm not really sure what's normal so just looking to check in with other parents for their experiences?
Her routine is roughly this:
6:30am - feed and awaken for 1hr
10:30am - feed and awake for 1 to 1.5 hours
3pm - feed and awake for 1 to 1.5 hours
7pm - bath, feed and awake for 1 to 1.5 hours
11.30pm - feed and awake for 1 hour
Then sleeps through the night til her morning feed.

Does this seem normal? We dont wake her to feed her and these 'awake' times are just estimates.

She fed at 2.30 this afternoon and has been awake until now (4pm) but put her on her playmat around 10 mins ago and she's fallen asleep again 🤷‍♀️

Sounds like you're doing a great job to me. My daughters routine at that age was very simillar.

I have a 13 week old as well and he is similar. Sleeps for hours at lunchtime/early afternoon. This morning stayed awake from 9-12 but that was unusual!

Reassuring to hear its similar. I've read that bedtime should be around 7-8pm, and she does tend to have a nap after her bath and bottle around 7.30pm, but we keep her downstairs with us until her 11pm / midnight feed then she goes to her bed.
She's obviously still in with us and we wouldnt put her up to her bed without us at the moment so I suppose it's just convenience to keep her downstairs with us all evening, just worried we're maybe creating a problem for the future by doing so?!
If we put her to bed around 8 or 9pm, I'm not convinced she'd sleep right through til morning and I'd probably worry that it was too long without a feed if she did 🤷‍♀️
