One year olds routine? Help please

Just wondering if you could give me a example of your 1 year olds day/night routine? My baby has just turned 1 and I'm struggling to get him to sleep at night. He gets himself in such hysterics fur hours , and also only sleeps during the day while out in the car. If he was at home all day he wouldn't sleep at all. Thanks in advance

Watching with interest, as our routine is far from reliable and I’m exhausted at trying to find patterns to ‘fix it’. A good 24 hours looks like this -

0500 - breastfeed
0730 - wake and breakfast
1000 - 20 minute nap
1230 - lunch
1330 - nap
1430 - wake
1700 - tea
1900 - breastfeed and bed

I can’t for the life of me get that second nap to be longer. Some days she is actually up at 6am and therefore shattered and can’t last until the first nap time. And overnight she is often awake for 2 continuous hours crying for a feed. I’m trying not to feed her at night as returning to work soon and night shifts.

How does he fall asleep at night? Can he get himself off to sleep? Sounds exhausting for you

I have a DS (16 months.)

6am - wake up
6.30am - breakfast
7 - 9am - he plays while I do chores/housework
9 - 11am - we get out of the house (playgroup/farm/friends house)
11.45am - lunch
12.30pm - nap
2.30pm - wake up & snack
3 - 5pm - more playtime
5pm - supper
6pm - bath
6.30/7pm - bed

It took until DS was one and some serious sleep training for him to sleep through the night (and occasionally he still comes into our bed). It is sometimes a struggle to get him to wait until after lunch for his nap, but if I let him sleep in the morning in the pram or car, he won't have a proper afternoon sleep which he really needs.
