What did your two year olds really enjoy? We've done stacker, shape sorters, train sets, duplo blocks, wooden abacus colouring in stuff etc. He also loves teletuvbies, but I think he's git enough cuddles now.
Any puzzle type things, put together type things or developmental stuff that your 2-3 year old really enjoyed? I've seen some magnetic construction stuff that looks good.
Or anything else that was a hit? Looking for some tried and tested stuff.

Thanks

Toy kitchen, colouring/ sticker books/- I recently found a peppa pig balloon matching game which seems a good age fit now my LO knows her colours, so I’ll be getting that. Looking at a 3 wheel scooter or trike! Anything for outside play?

2 Year old Dgd really enjoys games like snap and connect 4. Playdough and paint get a lot of use. She's getting a toy kitchen and doctors kit ( she loved a recent visit to a&e) from me for Christmas and a balance bike and trike from Father Christmas.

My daughter got a balance bike for her 2nd birthday. She's 3 and a half now and is getting a pedal bike for Christmas.
Duplo sets were a big hit too.

Argos trampoline, train sets, wooden kitchen and choppy food, a toy vacuum cleaner...basically imaginative play stuff

are you talking magnatiles? they are fantastic, my nearly 6 yo still plays with them every week.

I like the idea of a toy kitchen but I don't think we have the space. @Di11y I think what I have seen on amazon is very similar to magnatiles, just a cheap version

My 2 year old boy was given a toy buggy (2nd hand) and loves it, it folds up and comes everywhere with us stuffed with one toy or another. Dustpan/brush - he loves too - and his grandparents getting him a wooden tool box. For Christmas we just got him a little baking set cos he loves mixing if we are cooking but the spoons are so big for his hands and if not, will happily mix his magnet fridge letters in a pot ! shoppompom.com/products/personalised-baking-set?_pos=1&_sid=38ffc69c6&_ss=r

We just bought our daughter a micro scooter for her second birthday and she absolutely loves it. At the moment she can’t steer it but she’s building up confidence balancing on it and racing around. Some of the Melissa and Doug toys are great and educational, the Teddy Bear Dress Up from Amazon was a big hit.
