Bottle feeding fussy baby!

My LO is 5 weeks on Monday and had been quite fussy the past couple of afternoons I've noticed.
She generally takes 3-4oz every 3 hours but the last two days she has taken 2.5-3oz every 2-3 hours. Not a problem but she can have an afternoon bottle around 2-3pm and then an hour later she's looking for more.
Today she has done this and so I made her a 2oz bottle to top her up after she had a little nap (she's been fussy with sleep too I've noticed!).. she projectile vomited absolutely everywhere Shock And now after changing her she's searching for milk!!

What am I doing wrong... Am I over feeding her if I make another bottle?!

I would follow her lead and feed on demand at that age. They’re digestive system isn’t very well developed at that age and she might be having a growth spurt. If she’s searching for milk I would give it, just make sure she doesn’t wolf it all down in one go and burp regularly in between.

Thank you @Pinkblueberry Smile

I generally do follow her lead but sometimes, especially sleep deprived moments, I begin to doubt myself. She does have reflux too so that doesn't help.

The reflux signs can mimic the hungry signs in teeny ones. I would feed on demand also and do little and often to prevent the regurgitation.
My youngest had awful gord and I feel like I never actually successfully fed him until he started in solids.
