Teat clicking-is there a fix?

My 4 week old DD has been FF for the last 2 weeks after BF didn't work out, including having a tongue tie snipped.
We started on Tommee tippee closer to nature bottles but I found she would click every so often during the feed, so we have moved to mam bottles but again there is a click every so often.
We are using level 1 teats (I tried a feed with a level 2 but flow seemed too fast-lots of dribbling).
She isn't screaming the place down with colic but is fussy/uncomfortable on and off in the evening (and sometimes at other times of day) usually resulting in a decent amount of wind although she does usually burp after her feeds.
My next thought was to try Dr Brown's or is this intermittent clicking just a thing to get used to and all babies will be windy to an extent? Not really getting much help from the health Visitor on this.

Not really sure about the clicking do you mean whilst she's sucking?I couldn't bf 1st baby at all and swear by the Dr Browns bottles teats dont collapse and is one continuous feed as if breastfeeding Good luck x

Make sure the white ring in the bottom of the bottle is sitting flush against the base we had the same issue and that seemed to sort it x

From my experience the clicking passes with time. My DD clicked on her bottles when we moved on from 1 to 2 and 2 to 3. She's just settled on the 3 teats now and has been on them for a couple of weeks.

We also had tongue tie snipped. I'm not sure changing bottles will help

Did you do her exercises after her tongue tie was snipped? It can grow back if you don't do them for long enough, the clicking sound was something my midwife pointed out to me as an indicator of DS's tongue tie.

Dr Browns! My 1yo still has a bottle at bedtime and if I forget to put the vent in that comes with it, the clicks are constant. With it, she can comfortably drain a bottle in no time. I've had two refluxy babies and Dr Browns has been a saviour.
