Any ideas how I can get me time? I’m not expecting miracles and Baby is very reluctant to take a bottle and is a Velcro baby.

So far, I have going for a walk along the sea front with baby in the sling after nursery school drop off and reading kindle during evening feeds. Does anyone else have any ideas of little things I can do?

I really enjoyed listening to the radio during night feeds. It's now called BBC Sounds (replacement for iplayer radio). I discovered lots of shows I still listen to!

Do you have a partner that could watch them
While you have a bath ? X

sh13 evenings are a bit tricky as baby cluster feeds. I had been using time at weekends to visit my Mum who has been in hospital for the last 8 weeks but she is home now so I could do that. That’s a great idea, thanks.

Audible works for me for switching off from the real world for a bit, you can set the app up on your mobile

Audible is talking books. Just search on Google. They are wonderful !

Audible is audiobooks that you listen to on your phone or tablet via an app and they've been a real godsend fir me in the evenings as the mum of a toddler. You have to buy credits though as they are really expensive otherwise. I buy one per month for £7.99 and occasionally buy a 3 credit top up for £18 and they are fab. I also sometimes but a kindle copy and add the audio for few quid extra (sometimes cheaper) and it syncs between the two. Audible are also doing free podcasts by some great people.
I also love me a podcast - the Mumsnet one (AIBU) is a funny fave!

If your Kindle isn't paper white you could watch movies and series whilst feeding. I've got Kindle Fire, DS is now 8 months and I've watched all of the Bridge, the Good Wife and Homeland... (He's always been feeding loads).

Long hot bath, Netflix and a glass of wine, cup of tea and chocolate in bed, catch up with some friends, hairdressers - obviously these are things if you can have children looked after
